Welcome to VideoApp (the "App"), a cross-platform video player and manager for media libraries, network streaming, LAN device discovery and media transfer. We highly value your privacy and comply with PIPL, GDPR and CCPA.
Core commitment: the App does not upload your personal data or video content to the cloud. All media files, playback records and network credentials are processed on your own devices and within your local network. The App sends anonymous usage statistics by default (app version, platform and feature usage counts only — no content or identity information), which you can turn off at any time in Settings → Privacy.

In the App Store and Google Play "Privacy Nutrition Labels / Data Safety" forms, we truthfully declare: the App collects "Usage Data" (anonymous, for product improvement) and collects no identity information, location information or media content.
To enable device discovery and media transfer on the LAN, the App uses local network features only after your explicit authorization:
These permissions take effect only within the local network; related data never leaves your LAN.

Since the anonymous statistics contain no personally identifiable information, the above rights can usually be exercised by uninstalling the App; if you wish to keep the App but stop measurement, turn off "Anonymous usage statistics" in Settings → Privacy.

In addition to the in-app anonymous usage statistics described above, the official website sosdk.com uses Google Analytics to measure anonymous traffic. The two are independent: the former comes from Firebase Analytics inside the App, while the latter applies only to website pages.
Separately, the official website sosdk.com uses Google Analytics to measure anonymous traffic — which pages are visited and where visitors come from — in order to improve the site. This measurement applies to the website only and is unrelated to the App.
