概述Overview

欢迎使用 VideoApp（以下简称「本应用」）。本应用是一款跨平台视频播放与管理工具，用于媒体库管理、网络串流、局域网设备发现与媒体传输。我们高度重视你的隐私，并遵守《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL）、《欧盟通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）及《加州消费者隐私法案》（CCPA）等相关法律法规。Welcome to VideoApp (the "App"), a cross-platform video player and manager for media libraries, network streaming, LAN device discovery and media transfer. We highly value your privacy and comply with PIPL, GDPR and CCPA.

核心承诺：本应用不会将你的任何个人数据或视频内容上传至云端或任何第三方服务器。所有数据处理均发生在你自己的设备与本地网络之内。Core commitment: the App does not upload any of your personal data or video content to the cloud or any third-party server. All data processing happens on your own devices and within your local network.

我们收集的数据Data We Collect

本应用不收集、不上传任何个人信息或内容数据到云端。具体而言：The App does not collect or upload any personal information or content data to the cloud. Specifically:

在 App Store 与 Google Play 的「隐私营养标签 / 数据安全」表单中，我们如实申报：本应用不收集任何数据。In the App Store and Google Play "Privacy Nutrition Labels / Data Safety" forms, we truthfully declare: the App collects no data.

本地网络与权限使用Local Network & Permissions

为了实现局域网设备发现与媒体传输，本应用会在你明确授权后使用设备的本地网络（局域网）功能：To enable device discovery and media transfer on the LAN, the App uses local network features only after your explicit authorization:

• 本地网络权限（iOS）：用于在同一 Wi-Fi 下发现并连接设备（基于 Bonjour / mDNS 等本地发现协议）。Local Network permission (iOS): to discover and connect devices on the same Wi-Fi (Bonjour / mDNS and similar).
• 网络访问权限（Android）：仅用于局域网内的设备通信与网络串流，不进行外网数据上传。Network access permission (Android): for LAN device communication and network streaming; no external upload.
• 文件访问权限：用于浏览本地目录、打开媒体文件与下载管理。File access permission: to browse local folders, open media files and manage downloads.

这些权限仅在本地网络范围内生效，相关数据不会离开你的局域网。These permissions take effect only within the local network; related data never leaves your LAN.

第三方服务Third-Party Services

本应用未集成任何第三方广告、统计、分析或崩溃收集 SDK。我们不会向任何第三方共享、出售或传输你的个人信息。The App integrates no third-party advertising, statistics, analytics or crash-collection SDKs. We do not share, sell or transmit your personal information to any third party.

你的权利Your Rights

根据适用法律法规，你享有以下权利：Under applicable laws, you have the following rights:

• 访问与更正：你可随时在应用内查看或管理本地媒体库与服务器记录。Access & Correction: view or manage your local media library and server records anytime.
• 删除：你可随时删除本地数据；卸载应用即清除全部本地数据。Deletion: delete local data anytime; uninstalling clears all local data.
• 撤回同意：你可在系统设置中关闭本地网络 / 文件权限，撤回授权。Withdraw Consent: disable local network / file permissions in system settings.
• 投诉：如你认为权益受损，可向所在地数据保护机构投诉。Complaint: complain to your local data protection authority if needed.

由于本应用不收集任何可关联到你个人的信息，上述权利在多数情况下可通过「卸载应用」直接实现。Since the App collects no personally identifiable information, the above rights can usually be exercised by uninstalling the App.

未成年人保护Protection of Minors

本应用不针对未满 13 周岁（或当地法定年龄）的儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。若你是监护人并发现相关情况，请联系我们处理。The App is not designed for children under 13 (or the local legal age) and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you are a guardian and become aware of such a case, please contact us.

政策更新Policy Updates

我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内公告或本页面更新日期的方式告知。你持续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的政策。We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
