欢迎使用 TingApp（以下简称「本应用」）。本应用是一款跨平台音乐播放器，支持本地音频文件、网络串流与局域网 SMB 共享播放。我们高度重视你的隐私，并遵守《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL）、《欧盟通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）及《加州消费者隐私法案》（CCPA）等相关法律法规。Welcome to TingApp (the "App"), a cross-platform music player for local audio files, network streams and LAN SMB shares. We highly value your privacy and comply with PIPL, GDPR and CCPA.

核心承诺：本应用不会将你的任何个人信息或音乐内容上传至云端或第三方服务器。曲库、播放历史、收藏与缓存数据均保存在你的设备本地；SMB 凭据经系统密钥库加密存储，绝不落盘明文。Core commitment: the App does not upload your personal information or music content to the cloud or any third-party server. Your library, play history, favorites and cache stay on-device; SMB credentials are encrypted in the system keychain, never in plaintext.

我们收集的数据Data We Collect

本应用不收集、不上传任何个人信息到云端。具体而言：The App does not collect or upload any personal information to the cloud. Specifically:

在应用商店的「隐私营养标签 / 数据安全」表单中，我们如实申报：本应用不收集任何数据。In the app-store "Privacy Nutrition Labels / Data Safety" forms, we truthfully declare: the App collects no data.

权限使用Permissions

为实现相应功能，本应用会在你明确授权后使用以下权限：To provide its features, the App uses the following permissions only after your explicit authorization:

• 文件访问权限：用于选择本地音频文件并播放。File access: to select and play local audio files.
• 本地网络权限：用于访问局域网内的 SMB 共享文件。Local network: to access SMB shares on your LAN.
• 网络访问权限：用于播放你主动输入的网络串流地址。Network access: to play network stream URLs you enter.

这些权限仅在本地与局域网范围内生效，相关数据不会离开你的设备与局域网。These permissions take effect only locally and on your LAN; related data never leaves your device or network.

第三方服务Third-Party Services

本应用未集成任何第三方广告、统计、分析或崩溃收集 SDK。我们不会向任何第三方共享、出售或传输你的个人信息。The App integrates no third-party advertising, statistics, analytics or crash-collection SDKs. We do not share, sell or transmit your personal information to any third party.

你的权利Your Rights

根据适用法律法规，你享有以下权利：Under applicable laws, you have the following rights:

• 访问与更正：你可随时在应用内查看或管理本地曲库、收藏与历史。Access & Correction: view or manage your library, favorites and history anytime.
• 删除：你可随时删除本地数据；卸载应用即清除全部本地数据。Deletion: delete local data anytime; uninstalling clears all local data.
• 撤回同意：你可在系统设置中关闭相关权限，撤回授权。Withdraw Consent: disable relevant permissions in system settings.
• 投诉：如你认为权益受损，可向所在地数据保护机构投诉。Complaint: complain to your local data protection authority if needed.

由于本应用不收集任何可关联到你个人的信息，上述权利在多数情况下可通过「卸载应用」直接实现。Since the App collects no personally identifiable information, the above rights can usually be exercised by uninstalling the App.

未成年人保护Protection of Minors

本应用不针对未满 13 周岁（或当地法定年龄）的儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。若你是监护人并发现相关情况，请联系我们处理。The App is not designed for children under 13 (or the local legal age) and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you are a guardian and become aware of such a case, please contact us.

政策更新Policy Updates

我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内公告或本页面更新日期的方式告知。你持续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的政策。We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
