概述Overview

欢迎使用 筑界 HouseApp（以下简称「本应用」）。本应用是一款面向住宅室内设计的工具，提供参数化墙体、门窗布置、平面 / 轴测预览与施工图导出。我们高度重视你的隐私，并遵守 PIPL、GDPR、CCPA 等相关法律法规。Welcome to HouseApp (the "App"), a home interior design tool with parametric walls, doors/windows, plan/axonometric preview and blueprint export. We highly value your privacy and comply with PIPL, GDPR and CCPA.

核心承诺：本应用不要求注册账号，也不会上传你的设计作品。项目数据以毫米为单位保存在本地；平面编辑、预览与导出共用同一份参数化数据，而非上传到云端。Core commitment: the App requires no account and never uploads your designs. Projects are saved locally in millimeters; editing, preview and export share one parametric model, never uploaded to the cloud.

我们收集的数据Data We Collect

本应用不收集、不上传任何个人信息。具体而言：The App does not collect or upload any personal information. Specifically:

权限使用Permissions

为实现相应功能，本应用会在你明确授权后使用以下能力：To provide its features, the App uses the following capabilities only after your explicit authorization:

• 本地存储：用于保存项目数据，实现本地持久化与离线使用（PWA）。Local storage: to save projects for local persistence and offline use (PWA).
• 网络访问：仅在你主动加载外部方案库时使用，需访问你配置的 HTTPS 地址。Network access: used only when you load an external design library, via the HTTPS URL you configure.

默认情况下，本应用完全离线运行，不进行任何网络请求。By default the App runs fully offline and makes no network requests.

第三方服务Third-Party Services

本应用未集成任何第三方广告、统计、分析或崩溃收集 SDK。我们不会向任何第三方共享、出售或传输你的个人信息。外部方案库由你主动配置，且要求服务方支持 CORS 与 HTTPS JSON manifest。The App integrates no third-party advertising, statistics, analytics or crash-collection SDKs. We do not share, sell or transmit your personal information to any third party. External design libraries are configured by you and require CORS and an HTTPS JSON manifest.

你的权利Your Rights

根据适用法律法规，你享有以下权利：Under applicable laws, you have the following rights:

• 访问与更正：你可随时在应用内查看或编辑本地项目。Access & Correction: view or edit local projects anytime.
• 删除：你可随时删除本地项目；清除浏览器数据即清除全部本地数据。Deletion: delete local projects anytime; clearing browser data clears all local data.
• 撤回同意：你可停止加载外部方案库或关闭网络权限。Withdraw Consent: stop loading external libraries or disable network access.
• 投诉：如你认为权益受损，可向所在地数据保护机构投诉。Complaint: complain to your local data protection authority if needed.

未成年人保护Protection of Minors

本应用不针对未满 13 周岁（或当地法定年龄）的儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。若你是监护人并发现相关情况，请联系我们处理。The App is not designed for children under 13 (or the local legal age) and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you are a guardian and become aware of such a case, please contact us.

政策更新Policy Updates

我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内公告或本页面更新日期的方式告知。你持续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的政策。We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
