欢迎使用 DrawApp（以下简称「本应用」）。本应用是一款跨平台离线画板应用，支持自由绘画、形状工具、图层管理与多格式导出，所有作品完全保存在你的设备本地。我们高度重视你的隐私，并遵守《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL）、《欧盟通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）及《加州消费者隐私法案》（CCPA）等相关法律法规。Welcome to DrawApp (the "App"), a cross-platform offline drawing app for freehand sketching, shape tools, layer management and multi-format export. All your artwork stays on your device. We highly value your privacy and comply with PIPL, GDPR and CCPA.
核心承诺：本应用不会将你的任何作品、个人信息或设备数据上传至云端或第三方服务器。画布内容、图层、撤销历史与项目文件均保存在你的设备本地，应用不发起任何对外网络请求。Core commitment: the App does not upload your artwork, personal information or device data to the cloud or any third-party server. Your canvas, layers, undo history and project files all stay on-device, and the App makes no outbound network requests.

为实现相应功能，本应用会在你明确授权后使用以下权限。所有权限仅在你的设备上生效，本应用不发起任何对外网络请求。To provide its features, the App uses the following permissions only after your explicit authorization. All permissions take effect only on your device; the App makes no outbound network requests.
本应用不需要也不使用网络访问权限。如果未来新增联网能力，会先更新本政策并取得你的同意。The App does not require and does not use network access. If online capabilities are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be obtained first.

本应用不针对未满 13 周岁（或当地法定年龄）的儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。若你是监护人并发现相关情况，请联系我们处理。The App is not designed for children under 13 (or the local legal age) and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you are a guardian and become aware of such a case, please contact us.
