概述Overview

欢迎使用 账单宝（以下简称「本应用」）。本应用是一款离线优先的跨平台记账应用，主打「数据始终由你掌控」。我们高度重视你的隐私，并遵守 PIPL、GDPR、CCPA 等相关法律法规。Welcome to BillingApp (the "App"), an offline-first cross-platform bookkeeping app — "your data stays yours". We highly value your privacy and comply with PIPL, GDPR and CCPA.

核心承诺：本应用不会将你的账目信息上传至云端或任何第三方服务器。所有账目数据均保存在你设备的本地数据库（SQLite）中，未登录时完全离线。Core commitment: the App does not upload your entries to the cloud or any third-party server. All data stays in a local SQLite database on your device, fully offline when not signed in.

我们收集的数据Data We Collect

本应用不收集、不上传任何个人信息或账目数据。具体而言：The App does not collect or upload any personal information or entries. Specifically:

权限使用Permissions

为实现相应功能，本应用会在你明确授权后使用以下能力：To provide its features, the App uses the following capabilities only after your explicit authorization:

• 文件访问权限：用于「设置 → 导出备份」生成 JSON 文件，以及「导入备份」读取备份文件。File access: to export a JSON backup (Settings → Export) and read backups on import.

本应用默认不联网，也不申请任何网络、定位或设备标识符权限。The App does not network by default and requests no network, location or device-identifier permissions.

第三方服务Third-Party Services

本应用未集成任何第三方广告、统计、分析或崩溃收集 SDK。我们不会向任何第三方共享、出售或传输你的个人信息。The App integrates no third-party advertising, statistics, analytics or crash-collection SDKs. We do not share, sell or transmit your personal information to any third party.

关于云端多设备同步：该功能为后续规划，当前版本入口置灰、未启用且不传输任何数据。若未来启用，我们会在更新隐私政策后另行说明。Regarding cloud multi-device sync: it is planned for later and currently disabled (grayed out), transmitting no data. If enabled in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

你的权利Your Rights

根据适用法律法规，你享有以下权利：Under applicable laws, you have the following rights:

• 访问与更正：你可随时在应用内查看或编辑账目。Access & Correction: view or edit entries anytime.
• 删除：你可随时删除账目或分类；卸载应用即清除全部本地数据。Deletion: delete entries or categories anytime; uninstalling clears all local data.
• 数据可携带：你可在「设置」中导出 / 导入 JSON 备份。Data portability: export / import JSON backups in Settings.
• 投诉：如你认为权益受损，可向所在地数据保护机构投诉。Complaint: complain to your local data protection authority if needed.

未成年人保护Protection of Minors

本应用不针对未满 13 周岁（或当地法定年龄）的儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。若你是监护人并发现相关情况，请联系我们处理。The App is not designed for children under 13 (or the local legal age) and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you are a guardian and become aware of such a case, please contact us.

政策更新Policy Updates

我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内公告或本页面更新日期的方式告知。你持续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的政策。We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or by updating the date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
